About Us

Greenhouse Structure Manufacture
We manufacture “Venlo greenhouse” structures; the most well known type of glass greenhouse among professional growers. This design has proven to be the most economical greenhouse structure suitable for all crops in most climate conditions.

However, we also have a variety of other greenhouse sizes for gutter connected greenhouses. Double Poly Gutter-connected, Gothic arch, stand or round hoop, and wide span greenhouses as well as service buildings as a prerequisite.

Greenhouse Parts
We are a greenhouse parts manufacturer and subsequent supplies. Parts for assembling and repairing all makes of greenhouses including:

• Aluminum rack & pinions,
• Aluminum insulated gutters
• Hot dipped galvanized steel gutters

We also supply a variety of Custom extruded Aluminum parts; such as Cam Lock, Wire lock, Gable extrusion.

Building a greenhouse is expensive and time-consuming.  We supply the materials for the job with or without supervising.

Greenhouse Heating System Product
The main purpose of a greenhouse is to provide an environment conducive to plant production on a year round basis or to extend the growing season.

Boilers
We supply boilers for steam or hot water heating systems for greenhouse plant growing. Boiler units are available in 100-1000 horse power. We install engineered heating systems as required according to current and future greenhouse structures. We supply and install all of the heating pipes.

To avoid any heat loss, we insulate the heating pipes from the boiler room to the main heater inside the greenhouse.

Steam to Hot Water Heating System Conversion
Instead of replacing your existing steam boiler, we can convert your steam heating system to a hot water heating system for your greenhouse by using a heat exchanger. We can use the existing steam pipes and/or add new pipes as required.

Heavy oil boiler
We can convert your current boiler to burn heavy oil, we do this by changing the boiler burners to burn heavy oils.

CO2 Condenser
We also equip boilers with CO2 condensers. By adding a CO2 condenser to your existing boiler you can save up to 15% on heating costs.

Conveyors
Fruit & vegetable produce packers are focusing today on quick and safely moving fresh fruits and vegetables from the greenhouse to the packing facility. We have helped local packers with specialized custom designed conveyors, vertical reciprocating and continuous conveyors.

Special packaging machinery
Custom build to suit your needs, our modular conveyors speed up the labeling of clam shells for fresh produce. Our stainless steel food processing conveyors can be built from 5’ to 50’ feet long with food certified belting, powered by speed control drives.

We install what we build
We do the installing to insure that the line is working properly for packing.
